Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.

Stability

It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

For unused kit: The whole kit could be stored at -20^oC in shelf life, while up to one month at 4^oC. For experiment convenience, reagents could also be stored seperately, Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20^oC while the others could be at 4 ^oC.
