UV transilluminator are suitable for fluorescence quantification. Uv transilluminator with super contrast model is suitable for all kind of stains but standard version is suitable for following stains- Amphi Red Fluo, Ethidium bromide, Fluorescein, Cyber safe, SYPRO orange, SYPRO red, SYPRO Ruby, Texas Red.  For Single wavelength excitation for fluorescence is 312nm and for Dual wavelength excitation for fluorescence is 254nm and 312nm.
